PUBLIC INVITED TO GET IN ON REDS OPENING DAY FUN BY DECORATING CINCINNATI BELL CONNECTOR STATIONS

Apply today to decorate your favorite station!
Looking for a way to be a part of the Opening Day fun? In celebration of the Reds 150th season and the 100th Findlay Market Opening Day Parade, the Cincinnati Bell Connector is offering fans and riders a chance to decorate their favorite streetcar station with chalk for the big day.

The Reds will take on the Pittsburgh Pirates on March 28. The Opening Day Parade will begin at noon along Race Street and Fifth Street. With several stations located along the parade route, decorating a streetcar station is the perfect way to show your Reds spirit. Whether you’re an amateur artist or just a fan looking to root on the home team, all are invited to apply to participate. Decorating will take place at streetcar stations March 27 or the morning of March 28. Designs must be Cincinnati, Reds, baseball or Findlay Market themed.

Anyone interested is invited to submit their ideas to streetcarsocial@go-metro.com in order to be selected. All work must be done in chalk and must be within the station’s paid fare zone. More information is available online at cincinnatibellconnector.com/opening_day_decoration.
